January 11, 2010

Lepanthes blephariglossa. Schltr. 1918.

Lepanthes blephariglossa is a tine species that grows in Costa Rica and in Panama. Grows in cloudforests at 1500 – 2000 meters. Thes flower is tiny, 2 mm!

I grow these species mounted. Lot´s of humidity, good air movement. Min temp (Winter) +10°C to +12°C. Max temp (Winter) +18°C to +20°C.

This is the smallest of my Lepanthes species.
